  • Flex–Before putting on the shoe, check the flex point first. To do this, hold the heel and press the tip of the shoe to the floor. The shoe should be able to crease and bend along the same line of your foot flexes. A flex that is improperly aligned may lead to plantar fasciitis, arch pain, and more.
